Cape Cod Theft Lawyer

The accused woman was a long-time school teacher who had been honored as teacher of the year. Attorney Potash was able to craft a memorandum and recommendation that resulted in the charges ultimately resulting in CASE DISMISSED.

Attorney Potash hired a private investigator and interviewed numerous persons. Attorney Potash invoked her client’s right to a probable cause hearing and the judge learned that the accused was nowhere near the alleged incident at the time based on testimony of an alibi witness resulting in CASE DISMISSED.
